In addition to being a show host on WQHS Radio (where I produce and host "Early Evenings with Caylen David"), I also used to be a summer writer for their music blog. In this blog I specialize in writing about hip-hop as well as the economics of the music industry.

I previously wrote for The Moviegoer, the University of Pennsylvania's only student-run film and media critic publication.

My largest undertaking in my journey as a writer was for 34th Street Magazine, Penn's leading student-run magazine on arts and culture. I served as a Film & TV Beat Writer during Fall 2020, where my pieces ranged from reviews, to argumentative essays, to research pieces about emerging trends in the industry.
